How we made it happen

Holded was off to a great start. Its suite of tools for SMEs was getting traction and investment. But to continue on this path, the next step had to be a big one: become market leaders in Spain.

To cut through the noise in the crowded business management tech space, we crafted a core campaign message focusing on the emotional ups and downs of entrepreneurship: Your companion for the journey.

We created a monthly series of stories starring real Holded customers, designed to capture the authenticity of entrepreneurship. Each story was repurposed into video assets for the entire funnel—case studies, ads, and social media.

The content got incredible engagement, which made for very cost-effective brand awareness. And by retargeting customer story viewers with more product-focused ads, we made YouTube into Holded’s most cost-effective customer acquisition channel.
