2) Scope

This notice applies to visitors to www.gocamping.tv and to prospective and current customers or partners who interact with us via our website and embedded forms.

3) Personal data we process

  • Identification and contact data: name, company, role, email, phone, country

  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, language, cookie identifiers

  • Usage data: pages viewed, clicks, referring URLs, session events

  • Communications: messages sent through our forms

  • Project files you send to us: only if you choose to upload or share them


Please avoid sending sensitive (“special category”) data in website forms.

    Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data: technical and usage data. Strictly necessary cookies only.


  • Analytics and performance (non‑essential)

    Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Data: cookie IDs, usage data. Disabled until you consent.


  • Responding to enquiries and pre‑contract steps

    Legal basis: contract or steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); alternatively legitimate interests for B2B communications (Art. 6(1)(f)). Data: identification, contact and communication data.


  • Legal compliance and claims

    Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) and legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

5) Cookies and consent

We use a Consent Management Platform (CMP). On first visit, non‑essential cookies are off by default. You can accept all, reject all non‑essential, or choose categories. You can change your choice anytime via “Manage consent” in the footer. We store your consent decision (timestamp, policy version, categories) for audit purposes.


Cookie categories:

  • Strictly necessary: core functionality and security. Always active.

  • Preferences: e.g., language. Optional, based on consent.

  • Analytics: site usage measurement. Optional, based on consent.

  • Marketing: campaign measurement and relevance on our site. Optional, based on consent.


Live cookie list: For the current list of cookies, providers, and retention periods, open “Manage consent” in the footer. This live list is authoritative.


Analytics settings: GA4 is configured with privacy controls, IP masking and retention ≤ 14 months. Ads features do not activate unless Marketing consent is given.


Pixels and tags: Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag and other marketing tags do not fire before explicit Marketing consent. If any events are processed server‑side, we align them to your consent choice.

6) Project files and uploads via forms

If you upload files or share links, we process them to review your request and to take steps at your request prior to a contract. If we identify sensitive data, we may delete it or ask for redaction unless our contract expressly requires processing it.

7) Recipients and processors

We share personal data with service providers (processors) under Data Processing Agreements and documented instructions. Categories include: hosting and infrastructure, email and communications, analytics, marketing measurement, CRM, project and production tools. Providers must implement appropriate technical and organisational measures.

8) International transfers

Where a provider is outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions where available. Otherwise we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and conduct transfer risk assessments with supplementary measures as appropriate.

9) Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it.

  • Enquiry data: 12 months after the last meaningful interaction

  • Analytics identifiers: up to 13–14 months (per tool configuration)

  • Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn or after 24 months of inactivity

  • Security logs: 6–12 months, unless required longer for incident investigation

  • Contractual and invoicing records: as required by law

10) Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.


How to exercise your rights: email privacy@gocamping.tv. We will respond within one month (extendable by two months for complex requests). We may request information to verify your identity.

11) Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority or with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es.

12) Automated decision‑making

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.

13) Children

Our website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data about children via the site. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to request deletion.

14) Use of AI tools (transparency)

We use AI‑enabled tools only for limited support tasks such as transcription assistance and creative ideation. We do not make decisions about individuals using AI. Safeguards include no‑training configurations where available, EU‑region processing where available, input minimisation, and human review of outputs. For AI vendors outside the EEA, we apply SCCs and appropriate supplementary measures. We assess AI features that process personal data and conduct DPIAs where required.

15) Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Prior versions are available on request.
